TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF FEA-VEE COOPERATION PLATFORM

Please read these terms and carefully before using our cooperation platform.

All personal data contained on this platform are collected during the implementation of the Erasmus + Programme (2021-2027), in accordance with the European Commission regulations. The data will be stored and processed by the Programme’s beneficiary organisations under the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

Conditions of Use

The services provided on the platform are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Truthful Information

Users of the Platform must provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation of information is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Content

Offensive language, hate speech, or any content that violates applicable laws or regulations is not allowed on the Platform. The Platform reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action against the user.

Applicable Law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Greek Government, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between FEA-VEE and you, or its business partners and associates.

Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website shall be arbitrated by state or federal court Greek Government and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaign, and commercial solicitation.
We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant FEA-VEE non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify such content throughout the world in any media.

Comments

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
