With FEA-VEE heading towards the finish line, it was time for the penultimate partners meeting and so the partnership gathered in sunny Barcelona at Cambra de Comerç de Barcelona to discuss the outcomes and next steps for the remaining project time.

With the majority of our activities successfully completed, the top priorities on the agenda were the reviews of the recently concluded study visits to Spain and Germany. The partners discussed the feedback received from the participants of both events and looked back at the chosen activities as well as some challenges that occurred during the implementation.

For the remaining project time, the FEA-VEE project will produce two main outcomes: One will be the final policy report focusing on the impact FEA-VEE has made in the past 4 years in the participating countries: This report will provide a concise overview of the FEA-VEE initiative, goals, and achievements in the 6 project countries – Greece, Germany, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania and Sweden, by summarizing key findings and policy recommendations on EU, national, and regional level. It will also suggest pathways for sustainable development of FEA-VEE after the end of the project.

Additionally, the partners are preparing a print version of the training materials, which were developed in WP4 and which are currently available exclusively online in the Learning Center. The print version will be available in English and the partner languages and will combine the materials for students and graduates, teachers and trainers, and chambers of commerce.

The meeting in Barcelona concluded with a visit to the Disseny Hub Barcelona to gather even more inspiration on sustainability and fashion for the coming months!
